中国政府奖学金是中国教育部委托中国国家留学基金委员会根据与有关国家政府、机构、学校等签订的教育交流协议或达成的谅解对外提供的全额奖学金或部分奖学金，通常简称为CSC奖学金。自2014年起，宁夏医科大学正式被中国教育部批准成为中国政府奖学金生委托培养院校。
申请资格：
1、申请人须为外国籍公民，身体健康；
2、对中国友好，遵守中国政府的法律法规，遵守学校的规章制度；
3、品行端正、学习态度认真、成绩优良、综合表现突出；
4、本科申请人应具有相当于中国高中毕业的学历，年龄在25周岁以下，研究生申请人应具有相当于中国本科毕业的学历，年龄在35周岁以下。
申请日期：
每年1-4月。
申请途径：
向本国留学生派遣部门或中国驻该国大使馆（总领事馆）提出申请，并随时联系我校国际教育学院。具体详情可查询中国国家留学基金委留学中国网，网址为http://www.csc.edu.cn/Laihua/indexen.aspx
申请所需材料：
1、《中国政府奖学金申请表》；
2、申请人个人普通护照复印件；
3、经过公证的最高学历证明；
4、学习成绩单；
5、来华学习计划或研究计划；
6、须提交两名教授或副教授的推荐信（限研究生申请者）；
7、发表过的学术论文或学术成果（如有）；
8、《外国人体格检查表》复印件。
