奖学金介绍
为增进中国人民与世界各国人民的相互了解和友谊，发展中国与世界各国在各领域的交流与合作，中国政府设立奖学金，资助世界各国优秀学生、教师、学者到中国的大学学习或开展研究。
中国教育部委托国家留学基金管理委员会（以下简称“国家留学基金委”）负责中国政府奖学金生的招生录取和管理等工作。 目前有279所中国大学承担中国政府奖学金生的培养任务。学科门类覆盖理学、工学、农学、医学、经济学、法学、管理学、教育学、历史学、文学、哲学、艺术学等。

申请人资格
1.非中国籍公民，身体健康；
2.学历和年龄要求：
●来华学习本科专业者，须具有高中毕业学历，成绩优秀，年龄不超过25岁；
●来华攻读硕士学位者，须具有学士学位，年龄不超过35岁；
●来华攻读博士学位者，须具有硕士学位，年龄不超过40岁；
●作为普通进修生来华学习者，须具有高中毕业以上学历，年龄不超过45岁；
●作为高级进修生来华学习者，须具有硕士以上学位或副教授以上职称，年龄不超过50岁。
申请流程/途径
1.向本国留学生派遣部门提交申请并取得推荐资格；
2.联系奖学金院校，并获得学校颁发的预录取通知书；
3.登录“国家留学基金委来华留学网上报名系统”（登录http://www.csc.edu.cn/laihua或 http://www.campuschina.org 后，点击“网上报名学生入口”图标进入），网上填写并在线提交申请信息，打印《中国政府奖学金申请表》。“国家留学基金委来华留学网上报名系统”操作说明和“受理机构编号”可向本国留学生派遣部门咨询和索取，中国石油大学的编码是11414，完成国家留学基金委来华留学网上报名后需要在中国石油大学招生报名系统填报申请，申请网址admission.cup.edu.cn；
4.在规定时间内将申请材料提交至本国留学生派遣部门。
注：国家留学基金委不受理个人的直接申请。国家留学基金委有权对未获得预录取通知书的申请人的申请院校进行必要调整。
申请所需材料
1.《中国政府奖学金申请表》（中文或英文）；
2. 经过公证的最高学历证明。中英文以外文本须附上经公证的中文或英文的译文。在校学生须提交本人就读学校出具的在学证明；
3.学习成绩单。中英文以外文本须附经公证的中文或英文的译文；
4.来华学习或研究计划。用中文或英文书写。本科生不少于200字，进修生不少于500字，研究生不少于800字；
5.推荐信。申请攻读硕士、博士学位者和申请作为高级进修生来华学习者，须提交两名教授或副教授的推荐信，用中文或英文书写；
6.申请学习音乐专业的学生须提交本人作品的光盘；申请学习美术专业的学生须提供本人2张素描画、2张色彩画以及2张其它作品的光盘；
7.年龄不满18岁的申请人，须提交在华法定监护人的相关法律文件；
8.来华学习时间超过6个月的申请人，须提交《外国人体格检查表》复印件（原件自行保存，此表格由中国卫生检疫部门统一印制，可登录留学基金委网站http://www.csc.edu.cn/laihua 或 http://www.campuschina.org 下载，须英文填写）。申请人应严格按照《外国人体格检查表》中要求的项目进行检查。缺项、未贴有本人照片或照片上未盖骑缝章、无医师和医院签字盖章的《外国人体格检查表》无效。鉴于检查结果有效期为6个月，请申请人据此确定本人进行体检的时间；
9. 已获得奖学金院校预录取通知书的，请将录取通知书复印件附在申请材料中；
10. 已获得HSK成绩报告的，请将复印件附在申请材料中。
以上材料请按上述顺序在左上角装订成册（一式两册）。无论录取与否，申请材料均不返还。
